Shipping, Returns & General Information

Shipping:

We pack and ship orders each business day. All items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and sent.

We offer standard and express shipping within Australia. We offer standard shipping worldwide. All parcels are sent with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer's duty to ensure that your postal address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has been sent, unfortunately it can be very difficult to work with Australia Post to redirect any parcels.

If you have made an error with your postal address, please email us straight away after placing your order so we can easily change that for you before shipping your parcel.

 

Little Lily Store does not take liability for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is completely out of our control.

 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. 

Safety:

Little Lily Store products are not toys and should never be left with an infant or child to play with. Our products should never be used or worn unsupervised or while sleeping.

Our products are quality checked before packing your order and are made with care however when you receive your order, please check over all items to ensure there are no loose parts or threads that could be of harm to your child.

 

Product Information:

Please note, product colours may look different on various screens. We try our best to represent the accurate colours in our photos. Sizing may differ slightly between items due to being handmade.

 

Returns Policy:

In the event a customer requires a refund or exchange, we have a 14 day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed & unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase via email when you contact us for a return. We do not cover postage costs for returns.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package - please remember, postage will be at the buyers cost.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. 
Please note, it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
